Privacy notice

Cyber Sagar collects and uses personal information to assess requests, deliver contracted support, maintain case records, communicate with clients, process payments, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Information we collect

Contact and identity details, incident descriptions, transaction references, complaint records, communications, uploaded evidence, service and payment records, consent records, and security logs. Never provide passwords, PINs, OTPs, or credentials for banking, social media, email, or government portals.

How information is used

Information is used only for the requested service, case administration, safety and fraud prevention, quality control, legal compliance, and communications you authorize. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

Sharing

Information may be shared with contracted service providers and, when instructed or legally required, relevant banks, platforms, professionals, or authorities. Cyber Sagar does not sell client case information.

Retention and security

Records are retained only for documented operational or legal needs and then securely deleted or anonymized. Access is restricted by role, sensitive files are protected, and material access is audited. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, withdrawal of optional consent, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.
