Before work begins
A cancellation received before substantive review or preparation begins is eligible for refund after deducting non-refundable payment-processing charges, if any.
After work begins
Once assessment, review, drafting, scheduling, or coordination has begun, fees attributable to completed work are not refundable. Any remaining unearned portion will be evaluated against the agreed scope.
Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be treated as delivered when time was reserved and preparation completed.
External outcomes
A refund is not due solely because a bank, platform, authority, court, or other third party did not provide the desired outcome.

Send the case reference, invoice reference, and reason to support@cybersagar.co.in. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable.
