These terms govern access to Cyber Sagar’s website, intake, client workspace, and consulting services. A paid engagement may include an additional scope document; if terms conflict, the signed scope controls for that engagement.
Independent support
Services may include incident triage, evidence organization, complaint drafting assistance, reporting guidance, coordination, follow-up, and prevention advice. Cyber Sagar is not a government body, police agency, bank, court, or law firm.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, have authority to share it, preserve original records, control your own credentials and OTPs, review documents before use, and complete official or legal actions personally or through an authorized professional.
No guaranteed outcome
Recovery, unfreezing, takedown, investigation, and resolution decisions are made by third parties. Timing and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, malicious files, information you are not authorized to share, or use the service to impersonate another person, interfere with systems, or pursue harassment.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, and delivery milestones are shown before purchase or in the engagement scope. Refund and cancellation rules are published separately.
